Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your product from Cloud Creations. Please review our replacement policy below:

Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not accept replacements for any reason other than damage or defects.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a physical defect or has been damaged in transit, we’re happy to help. Please contact us at cloudcreations.gw@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for replacement.

  • We do not offer replacements for customer errors, including incorrect sizing, color, or choices made at checkout.

  • To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused and in the original condition received (excluding the defect).
